AED 50000.00
Project-Based Service (5–7 Working Days)
Project Objective
To design and implement a practical disruption-readiness system that keeps inventory moving when routes, costs, lead times, or supplier reliability change suddenly.
This project builds a usable Plan A/B/C supply structure, clear inventory triggers, and fast procurement governance to prevent stockouts and operational delays.
Project Scope
The project covers the client’s critical product categories / SKUs and the end-to-end flow from:
procurement and supplier management
inbound logistics and routing
inventory policies (min/max, reorder points)
internal approvals and purchasing control
Project Phases & Activities
Phase 1 – Rapid Assessment (Day 1–2)
Activities
Gather SKU/inventory list, supplier list, lead times, spend data (as available)
Identify critical items and disruption exposure points
Review current replenishment process and approval flow
Output
Disruption risk snapshot + critical category focus list
Phase 2 – Design the Disruption Shield (Day 3–5)
Activities
Build Plan A/B/C supplier & route mapping for critical items
Set minimum stock levels + reorder trigger rules
Create Critical SKU list (“must never run out”)
Design Rapid Procurement & Approval Rules (authority matrix + escalation)
Output
Draft Disruption Shield Pack (ready for review)
Phase 3 – Validation & Implementation Pack (Day 6–7)
Activities
Review findings with management
Validate assumptions and apply corrections
Finalise templates and implementation steps
Optional: quick tabletop disruption scenario to test readiness
Output
Final Disruption Shield Pack + implementation guidance
Key Deliverables (Client Receives)
Alternative Supplier & Route Map (Plan A/B/C)
Minimum Stock + Reorder Trigger Rules
Critical SKU List (“Must Never Run Out”)
Rapid Procurement & Approval Rules (Authority Matrix)
Disruption Shield Pack (PDF + editable templates)
Client Input Required
To execute quickly, client provides (any available format):
SKU list + current stock + monthly usage (if available)
Supplier list + lead times + pricing/spend (if available)
Current procurement workflow (even if informal)
We can work with partial data—this is built for speed.
Outcome
A practical, ready-to-use project deliverable that strengthens supply stability, reduces stockout risk, and enables faster procurement decisions during disruption.
