When starting a new business or planning your career, it's important to think long-term. I've found that aiming for goals over a 3 to 5-year period, rather than just the next few months, truly makes a difference.
This approach has guided me to build more effectively and see meaningful results. Whether you're launching a business or shaping your career, consider setting your sights on what you can achieve in the next 3 to 5 years, not just the immediate future.
Building a few strong, meaningful projects over 3 to 5 years is far more valuable than producing a hundred small, irrelevant ones in the same period.
Although it may sometimes seem tedious or progress too slowly, the process of creating something truly remarkable requires patience and time.
